I absolutely LOVE this hat!!! It turned out even better than I imagined. The puff embroidery is gorgeous, thick, and super high quality, and the pink stitching really pops beautifully. The script style looks amazing and the hat itself is comfortable, sturdy, and well-made. Being able to personalize it with “Bigender” means so much to me because showing my gender identity openly is really important, and this hat lets me do that in such a fun and stylish way. I’ve already gotten compliments on it! Kayla was also incredible to work with—her customer service was fantastic. She was kind, responsive, and made the entire customization process easy and smooth.
